Calex Engineering owns a newer fleet of specialized equipment that consists of various types of heavy machinery and vehicles. The majority of our fleet is Tier 4 final and is very reliable. Our equipment is specifically designed to perform different tasks in the earthwork and shoring industry. Our versatile fleet of heavy equipment enables Calex to efficiently and effectively complete a wide range of project tasks, from earthmoving and excavation, installation of numerous earth retention shoring systems, and pile foundations.
We maintain all of our equipment to the highest of standards, which limits equipment breakdowns and downtime, allowing Calex to complete our jobs on time and within budget.
EXCAVATORS
Here at Calex Engineering, we own the best in the business. Our fleet consists of our large CAT 349s to our mini CAT 303s. No matter how big or small the project may be, we have excavators in every size class. With powerful yet efficient engines at tier 4 final, advanced hydraulic systems, and factory-equipped technology.
LOADERS
Calex Engineering’s loader fleet are all Tier 4 final and ranges from the large CAT 966 models to the 918 model. These loaders are versatile machines that can be used in a variety of applications. Caterpillar rubber tire front end loaders are known for their durability and advanced features that enhance productivity and safety in demanding environments. These machines set the standard for production, fuel efficiency, and reliability.
HYDRaulIC DRILL RIGS
The Hydraulic Drill Rigs Calex Engineering offers, covers every need and are suitable for every challenge in all types of soil . No matter how big or small the project may be, we have the drills in every size class. Our fleet is made up of Soilmec and Bauer Drill Rigs. These Rigs are the best in class in the drilling industry. Besides the ability for excellent performance for drilling operations, these rigs meet the latest environmental requirements, such as efficient use of fuel and meeting emission standards at tier 4 final.
Vibratory Piling rigs
At Calex Engineering we pride ourselves on our RG models. These models are equipped with a telescopic leader mast. They feature extremely compact transport measurements and short set-up times. These models are designed to transfer high tensile forces, and compressive forces and handle torques. These rigs are efficient through the use of the ACS quick coupling system. This system allows the rig to switch from pre-drill operations to vibratory pile driving within a few minutes. Besides the ability for excellent performance, these rigs meet the latest environmental requirements, such as efficient use of fuel and meeting emission standards at tier 4 final.
TIEBACK DRILL RIGS
Calex Engineering owns the best in the business with having only Klemm KR806-3G drills in the fleet. These rigs are optimally designed for the use of powerful double head drilling units, hydraulic drifters or rotary heads. the drive train is a based on a 160kw diesel engine including SCR-only emission technology complying with exhaust regulations tier 4 final. These rigs are versatile to construct Tiebacks, Soilnails, Micropiles, and Tiedowns.
CRANES
Calex Engineering prides itself on owning a variety of Grove cranes. Grove has delivered best-in-class performance and groundbreaking technology through its rough-terrain, all-terrain, and industrial range. With the most rigorous testing processes in the lifting industry, Grove’s well-earned reputation for quality and reliability remains unmatched in the lifting industry. All Calex cranes are tier 4 final.
CONCRETE PUMPS
Calex Engineering owns a variety of Reed and Schwing concrete pumps that have outputs of 50 to 90 cubic yards per hour. These ultra-high-performance pumps are used for the most extreme concrete pumping such as, foundation piles, shoring piles, lagging wall construction, and raker footing pours.
LOW BEDS
At Calex Engineering, we pride ourselves on transporting our heavy equipment and materials safely and efficiently to keep schedules on time. We own a fleet of Peterbilt tractors, low beds, and float trailers.
MECHANIC TRUCKS
Calex Engineering offers its own mechanics and mechanics trucks. These trucks bring value to job sites experiencing a breakdown by saving time, money, and work momentum.
FUEL TRUCKS
Our Calex Engineering fuel trucks are equipped with large tanks that store fuel and pump into active equipment on construction work sites to always keep the work momentum. Our fuel trucks are also equipped with additional storage tanks for other liquids, such as lubricants.
WELD TRUCKS
Calex Engineering has a fleet of mobile welding rigs that are equipped to provide on-site welding services. These trucks are designed to be self-sufficient, carrying all the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies needed for various welding fabrication and tasks. They are also designed with off-road capabilities to access remote or difficult-to-reach areas of the job site. Our welding trucks are a highly versatile and essential vehicle for providing efficient and effective welding services directly at the job site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
