Right across from the Staples Center, in the heart of downtown L.A., rise the two towers of the mixed use, retail and residential, 1200 S. Figueroa building. The building was shored for two subterranean levels of parking, reaching an average excavation of 30 ft with a total shoring area of 46,071 SF.

 

The design incorporates tieback, raker, and corner pipe bracing.
